Introduction of Natural Gas Hot Water Heater

Working principle of natural gas hot water heater: cold water enters the water heater, and reaches heat exchanger through filter and water-gas linkage assembly, and then hot water comes out. Gas enters the water heater, and flows through filter, gas stabilizer, magnetic valve, gas control valve, gas valve and gas nozzle of the water-gas linkage assembly, and then reaches combustor. Mixture of gas and air is lighted, and flames appear in the combustor. Smoke with high temperature flows through heat exchanger, and enters anti-downdraft exhaust hood, and gets mixed with cold air and emitted to the outside through flue.

Comparison of the Flue Type, Forced Exhaust Type, Forced Exhaust and Air-Supply Type:

Notes of Flue Mounted Gas Water Heater:

1. It cannot be installed inside the bathroom.
2. Flue must be connected to the outdoor.
3. Flue horizontal tube protrudes the outdoor, and the top shall be connected with vertical tube (Adding hood at the top is also acceptable).

Care and Maintenance:

1. China Flue mounted gas water heater shall not be installed in the bathroom. It can be installed in the back porch, if there is one. Otherwise, it shall be installed on the kitchen wall close to window for ventilation in time.
2. There shall be no inflammables or explosives around the water heater, and it cannot be too close to stove. There shall be no electric wire on the water heater, and no inflammable in the flue.
3. The diameter of water heater’s flue mouth must be in consistent with that of the flue. Flue cannot be turned unless 30cm above the flue mouth of the water heater.
4. Fire view hole of water heater shall be between 1.55m and 1.68m above the ground. For special occasions, the range can be properly broadened, but cannot affect the third item.
5. Flue installation length of natural gas hot water heater shall not be over 2 meters, and vent cap shall be installed at the outside of flue mouth.
